What are your turn around times?
Most of the time, orders can be filled up to 1 week after the final proof picture has been approved. However, It really depends on the order and our work load. If you want to know for sure then the best thing to do is ask or fill out the estimate form.
Do you do rush orders?
Yes. We may be able to complete your order quickly. Rush fees vary by the order and depend on our work load. However, most of the time if you need your order filled quickly, the fee is $25.00. Always call or email first to make sure we are able to fill your order in time.
I've already purchased an item or items that need to be engraved. Do you do this?
Yes. For small inexpensive bulk items that can be replaced. If you bring us insulated mugs, we can engrave them. However, we would suggest using our line of mugs. If your item has sentimental value (family heirlooms) then we will not engrave it. We would suggest engraving a plate that you can attach to the item instead.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. Prices are reduced significantly according to how many items you are ordering. Just fill out the estimate form and we'll give you the best price.
What different types of engraving do you offer?
We offer laser engraving which engraves into or marks items of many different types to include wood, plastic, marble and glass. The laser can also permanently mark metal. The laser can NOT engrave INTO metal.
We also offer sandblasting which is the process of masking the piece and then blasting it with a steady stream of silicon carbide sand. This creates some very nice effects especially on glass and crystal. Sandblasted metal also can look very nice. Memorial bricks also come out very nice with this process.
Finally, we offer dye sublimation. This is the process of printing color graphics onto metal and other items through the use of a heat press and a special dye printer.
The combination of these three processes allows us to create some unique items.

dO YOU DO PRICE MATCHING?
We do not offer guaranteed price matching. However, if you send us a link of the product you're looking at and how many you want, we would be happy to offer you a competitive estimate for the same product or a similar one.
I have a logo or graphic I want to use. In What format does it need to be?
For most engravings, file formats must be in .eps or .ai format. Simply renaming the file with the proper file extension will not work. It must be a professionally drawn vector format file in black and white with the white background taken out. If we are doing a color plaque then the file may be in color. If your file is in this format then you will not be charged extra for graphic setup. If you need to convert your graphic to the proper format then we can do this. Prices vary anywhere from $25-$75 depending on the detail of the graphic. Just send us an email with your graphic and a request to convert the graphic and we'll get it done. :)
How do you price your services? By the Letter?
We do not price by the letter. We price by the quantity of item ordered and by the square inches of the engraving.
Can I use any graphic I find on the internet?
No. Many graphics on the internet are licensed or copyrighted. This means that nobody can use them without permission from the owner of the graphic. This includes sports teams, movie logos, and many other types of graphics. We do however, have a nice collection of graphics that we can use so if you have an idea for an image, just let us know and we'll let you know if we have a stock graphic we can use.
I would like to use my company logo to put on our awards. How do I do this?
We would be happy to incorporate your logo into your awards. However, as stated previously, you must have written permission in the form of an email or written letter by the owner of the logo before we can do this. If you are a small business, and you are the owner, then you obviously have the right to give us permission to use your logo. However, many big businesses have policies on using their logo. Even if you happen to be the branch manager, you still might need to go through steps before you can give permission. Please make sure that these steps are taken before you give us permission.
