FAQ's
What's the turn around time on these? The order form has an "In Hands Date" for you to fill in. Your item will be shipped out within 3-5 business days after you approve the proof. If you need it sooner than that, we can accommodate you. However, for those cases, a rush fee will be added to your order total.
Do you charge by the letter? No. We charge by square inches. The basic size of the insert is just under 6"x6". We can adjust the estimate if you would like something bigger. Just remember, the more text you send us, the smaller we have to make it so it is suggested to keep the text to a minimum.
Does each item come with a remote control? Yes. and the remote comes with a battery. The base also has a power button, can take 3 AA batteries (Not included) and comes with a USB plug in for your computer.
Is the setup fee $25.00 for every piece? No the $25.00 is a one time setup fee per design.
How big are these? The bases are about 2" high and then the acrylic slide ins are about 6"x6" above that. Because of the limited power of the lights, we don't recommend going very much taller than that.
